A misaligned windscreen camera can impact numerous safety features built into your vehicle – including braking systems. Manufactured in most vehicles after 2016, at TWC Home & Drive we can provide windscreen calibration to ensure your ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) works to its full potential.

Our technicians have been fully trained and offer expert windscreen camera calibrations for ADAS, AEB (Autonomous Electric Braking) and ISA (Intelligent Speed Assist) systems, as well as re-calibration services if your camera was to be disturbed. ISA systems will be standard for all UK cars from 2020.

How We Do Windscreen Camera Calibration

With focus and care, we make sure your safety systems are operating as they should be via two different methods:

Dynamic – We replace your windscreen by the roadside, plug in our equipment then provide a drive cycle where we take your vehicle out on a 15 minute drive to calibrate the system.

Static – You bring your vehicle to our site where we carry out work in a dedicated bay to allow the system to line up and calibrate.

Contact the WSC on Monday afternoon, had the van quarter window and passenger window replaced by midday on Tuesday. No additional charges for a fast turn around. Hopefully won't need these services again, but if I do, I would use the WSC again.

I would 10000% recommend these guys if you have any windscreen issue.I rather unfortunately had a nasty crack in my windscreen days before my MOT and the team managed to book me in for a replacement at very short notice at an incredibly affordable price which also included the calibration of the windscreens built in features.Communication was super easy. Anytime I called I spoke to a human being, I got the answers I needed and it was explained to me in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid (which I think is important when dealing with things you don’t quite fully understand the process of). The whole thing from start to finish was incredibly easy and I can’t thank them enough.
