The Windscreen Company Welcomes Glass Max Hungary

Over the last 25 years, our innovative approach, use of state-of-the-art technology and high level of professionalism have seen us become renowned in the industry, and we’ve even gained admirers from other windscreen companies around the world.
This includes the leading Hungarian company, Glass Max Hungary.
We’re proud to announce that three technicians from the firm will be joining us here at The Windscreen Company between 1st-4th July to see how we operate and how the windscreen industry works here in the UK.

Who are Glass Max Hungary?

Based in the Hungarian capital city of Budapest, Glass Max Hungary is one of the nation’s leading windscreen companies, providing a whole host of services to both domestic and commercial customers.
From handling repairs that restore glass that has become damaged from the impact of stones to carrying out full windscreen replacements when necessary, Glass Max Hungary provides a vast array of services to its customers.
Much like The Windscreen Company, they also provide a mobile service that means they can head directly to a customer’s location to carry out any work.
Plus, they’re exclusive suppliers of German Pro Glass – one of Europe’s highest-quality glass brands.

What will we be doing?

Three of Glass Max Hungary’s technicians will come to our depot where we will demonstrate how we work, and they will be able to experience every aspect of fitting and replacing windscreens.
As well as this, we will demonstrate our windscreen recalibration technology.
Windscreen recalibration is a service that is required for vehicles that have advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) in place.
Most vehicles that have been manufactured since 2016 will have some kind of ADAS technology installed, and after work has been carried out on windscreen glass it is important that all cameras and sensors are recalibrated to ensure they are positioned correctly and working as they are supposed to.
